Bath analysis for your plating baths
We test your plating baths for composition and performance. This keeps the quality of your coatings consistent, even as the bath is depleted over time. Simply send us a sample: our laboratory determines the bath values and, on request, also tests the bath’s performance.
Why have your bath analyzed?
During electroplating, the components of a bath are consumed. To maintain quality, the bath must be restored to its target condition regularly. How often an analysis makes sense depends on the application, usage, and age of the bath. If a bath has not been used for about a year, we recommend an analysis with a performance test before using it again.
Our analysis includes AAS, ICP, Hull cell tests, and wet chemical testing.
How to send your sample
- Bring your sample in person or send it by mail.
- Include a delivery note with your company name, the date, and the bath name.
- For a performance test, we need at least 500 ml.
- Some baths are classified as dangerous goods. Please observe the regulations for shipping and transport. The safety data sheet on the product page in our shop states whether a bath is classified as dangerous goods. If in doubt, we’ll be happy to advise you.

These prices apply to all baths. For a performance test, we need a sample of at least 500 ml.
100 ml: analysis, €35 plus VAT
500 ml: analysis with performance test, €65 plus VAT
